New OB Visit First Pregnancy Care Visit + FREE Pregnancy Sonogram
Women should seek pregnancy care as early as
possible. We encourage women to start treatment
as soon as they know or suspect they are
pregnant. That is why we accept walk-ins and
same day appointments. We will also be happy to
take your phone call to schedule an appointment.
On your first visit for pregnancy care, we
perform a thorough medical evaluation and ask
you about your medical history. We check your
vital signs and weight, and perform a pregnancy
sonogram to determine how far along you are in
the process. We also check the baby’s heartbeat,
prescribe prenatal vitamins, prescribe WIC
services (if desired), and handle all paperwork
necessary to obtain Medicaid coverage (if
desired).
We will provide you with a FREE photo of your
baby when we perform the pregnancy sonogram, and
you’ll be introduced to our Baby Debut area
where you can arrange for 3-D and 4-D
Sonograms.These state-of-the-art sonograms can
provide you with sharp and clear pictures,
videos, CDs and DVDs of your baby before birth.
They make great keepsakes for lifetime memories!
Should our staff discover any abnormality in
your pregnancy, or that your pregnancy is high
risk, you can trust our doctors who have over 25
years of experience to share information with
you and discuss treatment options.
On your first visit, you also will be assigned a
nurse whom you may call anytime during business
hours for anything…someone who will baby you
throughout your pregnancy! Remember, we want to
be your primary health home. After business
hours, our doctors are on call for your
convenience!
